MP’s Blockchain Land Registry Enhances Transparency

Madhya Pradesh’s real estate governance has been strengthened with the launch of a blockchain-based land title system in Jabalpur, improving transparency in property transactions. This initiative ensures secure and tamper-proof records, effectively reducing disputes and building trust among investors and homebuyers.

Through Jharbhoomi’s advanced registry, land ownership verification has been streamlined. The system enables automated updates, allowing property records to be stored securely and accessed in real-time. E-KYC verification and GIS mapping have been integrated, ensuring efficient tracking of ownership history while minimizing fraudulent practices.

In the past, numerous land transaction conflicts resulted from errors in documentation and unauthorized modifications.
