Hyderabad Housing Supply Q2 2025: Ultra-Luxury Surge Despite YoY Dip
Hyderabad added 11,105 new housing units in Q2 2025, marking an 8% increase over Q1 but a 19% decline compared to Q2 2024. Notably, over 50% of this new supply was in the ultra-luxury segment, priced above ₹2.5 crore.
This shift reflects a developer pivot toward high-end buyers, even as overall market volumes soften. Rising prices and geopolitical uncertainty have impacted broader demand, but premium launches continue to dominate new inventory across major cities
