NOC for Property: What You Need for Legal Clearance

Before buying, selling, or constructing property, make sure these NOCs are in place to avoid legal hurdles:
Fire Safety NOC
Issued by the Fire Department for high-rise or commercial buildings. Confirms fire alarms, exits, sprinklers, and safety systems are in place.
Environmental NOC
Required for large projects or those near eco-sensitive zones. Issued by State Pollution Control Board or MoEF.
Water & Electricity NOC
Confirms availability and approval of basic utilities. Issued by local Water Board and Electricity Department.
🏗️ Builder NOC
Issued by the developer stating no dues or legal issues. Essential for resale or loan processing.
Society NOC
Required when selling a flat in a housing society. Confirms no pending maintenance dues or objections.
