Chandigarh Investment Summit Nets ₹3,000 Cr

Tricity Summit Attracts ₹3,000 Cr for Infra, IT Boost
Chandigarh | May 2025:
The recently held Chandigarh Tricity Investment Summit has attracted ₹3,000 crore in funding commitments, with a strong focus on infrastructure and IT-related projects across the region.
A significant portion of the investments is expected to flow into Mohali’s commercial hubs, enhancing demand for office spaces, IT parks, and business centers. Key projects include expansion of roadways, digital infrastructure, and dedicated IT zones that will further position Mohali as a tech-driven destination.
Officials highlighted that the summit served as a catalyst for public-private partnerships, with stakeholders from real estate, logistics, and technology sectors signing multiple MoUs.
Realty experts believe this capital infusion will lead to a spike in commercial leasing and long-term appreciation in property values across the Tricity.
