Key commercial zones such as Sardarpura, Nai Sarak, and Sojati Gate are driving this momentum, thanks to increased foot traffic and renewed interest from apparel brands, restaurants, and lifestyle outlets.

Monthly rentals for these prime high-street locations now range between ₹50–80 per sq ft, reflecting growing market confidence. This uptick is fueled by a combination of local consumer demand and the return of national retail chains exploring tier-2 markets for expansion.

The city’s evolving urban infrastructure, improved road connectivity, and ongoing beautification projects have further boosted commercial viability. Retailers are particularly drawn to the heritage charm of Jodhpur, which adds value to customer footfall and brand visibility.

Additionally, the emergence of organized retail formats and a gradual shift from traditional to modern store layouts are encouraging landlords to refurbish old properties and offer flexible leasing terms.
