This growing interest is largely driven by Udaipur’s appeal as a heritage city with scenic views, better connectivity, and an improving lifestyle infrastructure. Buyers from metro cities and NRIs are showing increased interest in second homes and holiday residences, further strengthening the market.
Local developers have responded to the demand by introducing boutique villa projects equipped with high-end amenities like private gardens, pools, and smart home features. Hiran Magri, in particular, stands out due to its proximity to central Udaipur, better roads, and access to schools and hospitals.
The luxury housing segment in Udaipur, once considered niche, is now evolving into a prominent real estate category as lifestyle-focused investments grow.
