The surge is led by local businesses, hospitality chains, and tourism service providers eager to capitalize on the expected tourist footfall.

Real estate agents note increasing site visits for commercial strips ideal for cafes, souvenir shops, scuba centers, and island transport hubs. The resort’s promise of upscale tourism is attracting long-term retail investments aimed at serving high-end visitors and resort guests.
