Mohali’s Residential Supply Grows 10% in Sector 88

New Projects in Sector 88 Boost Mohali’s Housing Supply by 10%
Mohali | May 2025:
Mohali’s residential real estate market is witnessing a steady growth as new housing projects in Sector 88 add approximately 1,500 units, marking a 10% increase in supply. These developments primarily target middle-income buyers, with prices ranging from ₹60 lakh to ₹90 lakh.
Supported by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), these projects benefit from well-planned infrastructure, including improved roads, green spaces, and proximity to schools and healthcare facilities. The steady rise in supply aims to meet the growing demand from professionals and families attracted by Mohali’s expanding industrial and IT sectors.
Real estate experts suggest that this supply boost will help balance demand and stabilize prices, offering more affordable housing options without compromising on quality or amenities
