Chandigarh RERA Approves 20 New Projects

Chandigarh RERA Approves 20 New Residential Projects
The Chandigarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has registered and approved 20 new residential projects in New Chandigarh, reinforcing transparency and buyer confidence in the region’s real estate market.
These projects primarily consist of 2–3 BHK flats priced between Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore, catering to middle and upper-middle-income homebuyers. The approval by RERA ensures that developers adhere to strict guidelines related to timely delivery, quality construction, and clear title, which safeguards the interests of buyers.
New Chandigarh, an emerging residential hub, is attracting increased attention due to its planned infrastructure, connectivity, and modern amenities. This move by RERA is expected to further stimulate the housing market and bring more organized development to the area.
