Lucknow’s Vibhuti Khand Nets 700 Cr Deals

Lucknow’s Vibhuti Khand Emerges as ₹700 Crore Commercial Hotspot
In a major boost to Uttar Pradesh’s urban commercial development, Vibhuti Khand in Lucknow has secured investments worth ₹700 crore for new office and retail complexes. This surge in capital is driving commercial leasing activity, positioning the area as the city's fastest-growing business hub.
Strategically located in Gomti Nagar, Vibhuti Khand has become a magnet for IT firms, corporate offices, retail brands, and co-working operators. The new influx of funds will support the development of grade-A commercial spaces, high-street retail outlets, and mixed-use buildings with modern infrastructure.
Developers and investors are targeting the region due to its proximity to key government institutions, metro connectivity, and high footfall zones, making it ideal for both back-end offices and premium storefronts.
Leasing rates in the area are now ranging between ₹80–120 per sq ft monthly, reflecting strong market demand and growing business confidence. The area is also being supported by LUDA's infrastructure push including parking zones, widened roads, and energy-efficient public lighting.
Experts see this ₹700 crore investment as a turning point for Lucknow's commercial real estate, with Vibhuti Khand shaping up to be a new-age CBD (Central Business District) for the capital city.
