Jaipur’s Residential Supply Grows 10% in Jagatpura

Jaipur’s real estate sector is experiencing renewed energy, particularly in the Jagatpura region, which has witnessed a 10% increase in residential supply. Over 2,000 new housing units have been introduced, largely aimed at middle-income buyers seeking affordability, connectivity, and quality living.

The newly launched projects mostly feature 2 and 3 BHK apartments, priced in the ₹50–70 lakh range. Developers are focusing on delivering gated communities with modern amenities like parks, clubhouses, and 24x7 security, responding to rising demand from working professionals and nuclear families.

Jagatpura’s attractiveness is rooted in its strategic location near major employment hubs, educational institutions, and transport nodes like the Jaipur International Airport and Sitapura Industrial Area. The area has benefited from infrastructure improvements, including wider roads, better drainage systems, and improved public transport connectivity.

Moreover, metro rail expansion and proximity to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital and JECRC University have further boosted real estate interest. With this steady growth in supply matched by consistent demand, Jagatpura is emerging as one of the most dynamic residential micro-markets in Jaipur.

Analysts expect continued momentum in the coming quarters, especially as developers offer flexible payment plans, RERA-compliant delivery, and customer-friendly schemes to attract buyers in this segment.
