Ajmer’s Residential Market Sees 10% Growth

Ajmer’s residential real estate market is witnessing a 10% rise in sales, driven by increased demand for affordable housing. The surge is largely centered around 2–3 BHK homes, priced between ₹40–60 lakh, catering to middle-income homebuyers seeking modern yet cost-effective living options.
Key locations such as Panchsheel Nagar, Vaishali Nagar Extension, and areas near the Ajmer-Jaipur highway are seeing significant traction. Improved road connectivity, planned civic upgrades, and the proximity to educational institutions and healthcare centers are making these areas attractive for families and working professionals.
The Rajasthan government’s push for affordable housing schemes and interest rate stability has further strengthened buyer confidence. Local developers are launching projects with modern amenities like security systems, elevators, green spaces, and community halls — features that were earlier rare in this price segment.
Ajmer’s growing employment base, better lifestyle aspirations, and spillover demand from Jaipur are also contributing to the city's rising residential absorption. Industry experts believe that if the momentum continues, Ajmer could emerge as a key Tier-2 real estate hub in Rajasthan within the next few years.
