Properties priced between ₹35–50 lakh are seeing the most traction, especially in emerging residential pockets near transport corridors and developing civic amenities. Buyers are showing increased interest in these mid-range segments due to improved road connectivity, better water and power supply, and enhanced access to schools and healthcare facilities.

The city’s ongoing transformation under various state-backed urban improvement programs has made homeownership a viable option for working professionals and middle-income families. Real estate agents in the region note that demand is steadily shifting from rental to ownership, particularly among residents who were previously hesitant due to limited infrastructure.

Additionally, new housing projects in areas such as Gangashahar, Shastri Nagar, and outskirts near the NH-62 corridor are offering competitive pricing and flexible payment plans, further encouraging sales activity.
